Stand in Tadasana for courage and change, the power to be confident

Stand tall in Tadasana, this is what you hear when you join a yoga class. The teacher then goes on to explain the physical benefits of this pose which include but are not limited to these benefits, Improves posture, strengthens thighs, knees, and ankles
Firms abdomen and buttocks, relieves sciatic and reduces flat feet. But the true power of this pose is mental. When you can gather the power of a physical pose infused with the mental power of affirmations you can create lasting positive change in your life.

This pose can allow you to gain courage create change in your life to improve your life circumstance by giving you the power to be confident in all that you do. This is done when you master the use of this pose in conjunction with the use of your most powerful affirmations after reciting your correctly phrased and constructed goal. Tadasana is a pose that can increase your mental focus and create alertness. The is the breeding ground for those positive feelings that can allow you to create powerful change in your mind, creating an openness and powerful feeling of being in control.

Standing tall in tadasana is critical for the empowerment of your mind. You see what happens many times when we are using our affirmations is that what we are telling ourselves does not match how we are feeling. Neuro-Linguistic Programming

When you begin to use the pose with your affirmations you can create a powerful internal change, which has otherwise escaped you. To do this pose correctly you must: Stand up straight with both feet at hip-width. Turn your heels a little outward and let your weight rest on your toes that are slightly pointing inward. Your arms hang downwards along the side of your body and the palm of your hands point towards your body, with thumbs pointing forward. Now make the back of your pelvis move away from your lower back. Slightly look upward with your chin slightly pointed upward. Draw your belly into your lower back, and open your chest. The shoulders feel broad and are relaxed.
Your breathing is deep and relaxed. Take two deep breaths, and then begin your chant of affirmations. Continue this chant in this position for about three minutes, relax and begin again with a new affirmation.

Do this ritual for thirty days and see your confidence build, a world of opportunities open up for you. Be aware that when you do this consistently and with dedication and determination your life may begin to show signs of improvement within 7 days.
